Inspired by my friend :iconchitteringfiend:, yet another crazed Vincent fangirl. This all came about when we were discussing what type of drunk Vincent would be: happy, depressed, angry/ violent, perverted, etc. I had this chibi image pop into my head and could not get it out. I also drew happy drunk Vincent which I will post later.
